AOL Broadband

AOL Broadband in Waterford manages the customer support function for AOL customers based in the UK and offers four types of customer support; new customer registration, general customer service enquiries, technical support and customer retention.

One of the largest employers in the South East, AOL Broadband has grown its contact centre in Waterford from a small operation employing 30 people in 1998 to its current status as an award winning contact centre employing c. 800 people.

In 2007 AOL Broadband was rated as one of the Top 50 companies to work for in Ireland by the highly respected Great Places To Work Institute.
